What We Do

We leverage our extensive network and experience to source property investments that align with our clients’ criteria-we focus on offices, industrial and alternative investments such as boutique hotels or Private Rented Sector (PRS).

Our approach is based on an owner’s mindset coupled with experience coming from over three decades of working in the commercial real estate industry.

Who We Are

Kinross Asset Management Ltd was founded by Hamish White to provide investors access to carefully selected commercial real estate opportunities in New Zealand and Australia.

Hamish White

Hamish began his career in 1994 at Harcourts/Colliers International in Wellington. Following a successful period specialising in investment transactions, he transferred to Colliers International Hungary in 2002, where he led the investment team that became a market leader.

In 2011, he joined a major European banking group to manage and turn around a portfolio of commercial real estate. Since 2016, he has managed his own real estate advisory business in Budapest, where he lives, acting for private clients across Europe and the United Kingdom who seek to expand their geographical footprint.

Hamish is a graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand, and has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2009.
